This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not taking any action on the complaint of the petitioner against the unofficial respondent No.4.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in crime No.513/2018, dated 16.07.2018 was registered against the 4th respondent.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
