At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner/A.2 submitted that he was instructed by the petitioner/A.2 to withdraw the revision case and sought permission of this Court for withdrawing the revision case.

Recording the said submission, permission is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
