THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.27975 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.2 in not filing the charge sheet in FIR No.462 of 2019 dated 03.07.2019, as being illegal and arbitrary. Heard Mrs. B. Sapna Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 20.12.2019, submits that based on the complaint made by the petitioner on 03.07.2019, a case in Crime No.462 of 2019 has been registered and the 2nd respondent authority took up investigation into the matter. In the course of investigation, the Investigating Officer examined the complainant and recorded her detailed statement. Further, since the complaint related to the 5th respondent withdrawing monies from the account of the petitioner, the 2nd respondent made a requisition to the Bank Manager to furnish the account details of the petitioner and the said information is awaited.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of the written instructions, further submits that after examining further witnesses and after collecting the relevant

document, the investigation will be finalised and appropriate report will be filed before the competent court. Further, it is also stated that the Investigating Officer is conducting investigation impartially and sincere manner and there is no foul play in conducting investigation.

Having regard to the said submission made, since it is stated that the 2nd respondent authority is investigating into the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition, except observing that the authorities shall endeavour to complete the investigation into the crime and file the final report in the matter as expeditiously as possible. Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
