THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.10075 OF 2023 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner/Accused No.2 in Crime.No.739 of 2023 on the file of Sarrornagar Police Station, Rachakonda, registered for the offences under Sections 370(a) (2) of IPC and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondentState and perused the record. 3.

This petitioner was apprehended on the allegation of running prostitution business in the premises at Saroornagar.

Even according to the remand report and according to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, the alleged victim was a married woman.

There is no allegation that this petitioner trafficked any minor girl.

Keeping in view the said facts and petitioner being a woman, the relief of regular bail can be granted, subject to following conditions:

i) The petitioner/Accused No.2 shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) with two sureties, for a like sum each to the satisfaction of V Additional Junior Civil Judge at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.

ii) The petitioner/Accused No.2 after release shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer on every Monday for a period of eight weeks at 10.00 AM and thereafter as and when required, for the purpose of investigation.

iii) The petitioner/Accused No.2 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
