THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.28961 OF 2012 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent-Sri Venugopalaswamy vari Devasthanam, Cheekavolu Village, Sydapuram Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, represented by its Executive Officer, in conducting auction for lease of agricultural land in so far as the land situated in Sy.No.212 of Cheekavolu Village for a period of one year w.e.f. 01-10-2012, having leased out the same in favour of the petitioner for a period of three years w.e.f. 26-11-2009 and not considering his request for extending the lease period till January, 2013 to enable him to harvest the standing crop as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and for issuance of appropriate consequential directions.

This Court by order dated 14-09-2012, while issuing notice before admission, granted interim direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon and communicate the same to him. Direction was also given not to disturb the possession of the petitioner over the leased lands, as he being already a tenant for the said lands till the realization of the standing crop said to have been raised by him.
3. It is seen from the record that the lease for the said lands in question was for a period of one year i.e. 1-10-2012, in which the petitioner was also permitted to participate. In any case, the said one year lease period i.e. from 1-10-2012 is over long back. The interest of the petitioner was protected by way of the interim order granted by this Court and no further orders need be passed.
Hence, the writ petition is disposed of making the interim order as final order in the writ petition. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J Dated: 18.09.2015 NRG
