THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.30856 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pasam Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent-GHMC. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation, dated 04.07.2017, to the GHMC but no action has been taken on the said representation despite lapse of considerable length of time. Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the GHMC to take appropriate action on the said representation in accordance with law. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the representation, dated 04.07.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, would be verified and appropriate action be taken, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders.

Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the fifth respondent herein to verify the representation, dated 04.07.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and to take action, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
