ORDER:
Feeling aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.2 in forwarding report on the alleged illegal layout raised by respondent No.4, the petitioner filed this writ petition. Respondent No.2 filed a counter affidavit, wherein he has inter alia averred that after getting report from respondent No.3, he has forwarded the same to respondent No.1 vide letter bearing ROC.No.4500/2015-H3, dated 03.12.2015.
Since respondent No.2 has forwarded his report, the grievance with which the petitioner filed the present writ petition stood redressed. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous, however, with liberty to the petitioner to pursue with respondent No.1 or avail appropriate legal remedies available to him in law. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.P.No.49802 of
2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
