It is represented by Sri N. Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant, that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties out side the Court and, in view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the matter. He also endorsed on the petition that he is not pressing the appeal to the effect.

Accordingly, the Second appeal is dismissed as not pressed. No order as to costs.
