THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.16016 of 2013 ORDER:
Heard Sri Sai Vishnu, learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner prays for direction to provide police protection to the petitioner to protect person and property of an extent of Ac.5.00 gts in Sy.No.41 of Khanamet Village, Serlingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy, and further direct the Station House Officer, Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad, not to foist false cases against the petitioner.
I have perused Exs. P.2 and P.3. Ex.P.2 is a reply of petitioner to Notice Dt.14.03.2013 of Tahsildar, Serlingampally Mandal, R.R. District. Ex.P.3 is the Notice dt. 13.05.2012. These two documents may not have any bearing on the Writ prayer.
The petitioner, if he is threatened by any one either to dispossess or interfered with his possession and enjoyment, the petitioner has to work out remedies before Civil Court and if any finding is recorded on possession of the petitioner and the petitioner feels still threatened, can move the Court for police protection.
This Court, without proper verification of facts in issue, is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition for the reliefs prayed for by the petitioner.
Ac cordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand disposed of.
