THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.8257 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C'), is filed by the petitioner/accused for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.136 of 2019 of II Town Police Station, Adilabad District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/accused and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State. Perused the record.

This is the second bail application of the petitioner/accused. The earlier bail application of the petitioner/accused was dismissed by this Court vide order, dated 13.08.2019, in Crl.P.No.4689 of 2019, but, however, directed the petitioner/accused to surrender before the Court concerned and moves an application for regular bail, after giving prior notice to the Public Prosecutor and the said application may be considered in accordance with law.

As seen from the record, the petitioner without surrendering before the Court concerned as ordered by this Court, filed the present application, by suppressing the order passed by this Court. There are no changed circumstances. Hence, the Criminal Petition is devoid of merit and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
