Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

It is informed by the learned Assistant Public Prosecution that the investigation is in mid way. Hence, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings at this stage. Therefore, the investigation shall be continued to its logical end. However, the Police of Robertsonpet Police Station, Krishna District, are directed not to arrest the petitioner/Accused during the course of investigation. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
