This writ petition is filed to declare the action on the part of respondent No.2 in interfering in the civil dispute particularly in relation to directing the petitioner not to enter into Joint Hindu Coparcenary property, viz., agricultural land admeasuring Acs.4.00 guntas in Survey No.425/157 situated at Mutyampet Village, Domkonda Mandal, Kamareddy District, as being illegal, arbitrary, null and void and violative of principles of natural justice.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions under the signature of respondent No.2, submits that a complaint was lodged by the petitioner against respondent No.3 in the writ petition and respondent No.3 also lodged a complaint against the petitioner and both the said complaints were registered as Crime Nos.96 of 2019 and 97 of 2019 on 11.10.2019, and thereafter, the authority served notices under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. to the accused persons in the above two cases on 14.10.2019. Subsequently, the authorities have filed charge sheets in both the cases on 17.10.2019 and the above two cases are pending trial before the Court below. Based on the said written instructions, it is also stated that, except conducting investigation into the above two cases registered against the petitioner based on the complaint of respondent No.3, and against respondent No.3 based on the complaint of the petitioner, the authorities never interfered in the civil disputes between the parties.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
