THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.8 OF 2006 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, is filed aggrieved by the order and decree, dated 06.08.2005, passed in O.P.No.278 of 2002 by the Family Court - cum - IV Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, by which, the petition filed by the appellant, under Section 13 (1) (i) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, seeking divorce, was dismissed.

When the matter came up on 22.01.2015, as none appeared for the appellant, it was ordered to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter has come up, none appears for the appellant and there is no representation on his behalf.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. No costs.
