The petitioner complains inaction in disposing of representation dated 18.07.2016.

The standing counsel places on record the alternative arrangement made by the respondent through office order dated 07.10.2016.

Having regard to the issuance of office order dated 07.10.2016, the inaction complained need not be considered by this Court.

The writ petition is dismissed by giving liberty to petitioner to work out remedies, if any, against the office order dated 07.10.2016. No order as to costs.
