Heard the counsel for petitioner, and Sri A. Rama Rao, learning Standing Counsel for Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, for 3rd respondent.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition questioning the inaction of 3rd respondent in disposing of petitioner's representation dt.19.10.2016, challenging the proceedings dt.23.09.2016 passed by 4th respondent.

Sri A. Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent, states that the 3rd respondent will consider petitioner's representation dt.19.10.2016 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
