THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CONTEMPT CASE No.2163 of 2015 ORDER:

This contempt case by the petitioners is filed against the respondent requesting to punish him under Section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act for wilful and deliberate disobedience shown to the orders of this Court dated 13.11.2009 in W.P.M.P.31958 of 2009 in W.P.No.24572 of 2009.

At the hearing learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, representing the respondent would submit that the subject orders are duly complied with.

In support of the said submission, the learned Standing Counsel produced proceedings No.2200/GHMC/C-11/2014-16 dated 29.04.2016 along with letter No.2200/GHMC/C-11/2014-16 dated 13.10.2016 of the Deputy Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Serlingampally, Circle-11. The said proceedings and letter are placed on record.

In view of the said submissions learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that appropriate orders may be passed. Having regard to the facts and submissions, this Court is of the considered view that contempt case can be closed. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
