Common Order : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) These two Writ Petitions arise out of the orders passed in the OAs involving identical issues. By the impugned orders, the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal') allowed the OAs following the Common Order, dated 10-03-2005, in OA.Nos.6990 of 2001 and batch.
Mr.N.Ramesh, learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 in WP.No.19406 of 2006 and respondent Nos.1 to 4 in WP.No.19407 of 2006, addressed letter, dated 18-04-2016, to the Registry wherein it is stated that WP.No.19405 of 2006 filed against the Order, dated 10-03-2005, in OA.No.6990 of 2001 was dismissed by this Court by Order, dated 05.11.2015.
The learned Counsel for the petitioners has not disputed the above submissions of the learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
Inasmuch as the very Writ Petition filed against the Order in OA.No.6990 of 2001 was dismissed, these Writ Petitions are also liable to be dismissed.
Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petitions, interlocutory applications, pending if any, stand disposed of.
