HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS W.P.Nos.23974, 24123 and 24124 of 2016 Common Order: (per V.Ramasubramanian, J.) The petitioners in these writ petitions appeared for EAMCET, 2016 and sought admission to professional courses, under the category of NCC Cadets who participate at the Republic Day Camp at New Delhi which is listed under Priority II(b) of the letter of the NCC Directorate, dated 23-02-2015. But unfortunately, the petitioners admittedly participated in the Republic Day Camp at New Delhi, as Guest Cadets.
2. By a common order passed by a bench of this Court to which one of us (VRS, J.) was a party, on 13-7-2016 in W.P.No.26478 of 2015 and batch, we have directed that persons who participate in the Republic Day Camps at New Delhi as Guest Cadets are not entitled to be included under Priority II(b). One of the writ petitioners, who was a party to the common order passed by the bench on 13-7-2016, came up with an application for review which we have dismissed today.
3. The decision rendered by us on 13-7-2016 in W.P.No.26478 of 2015 and batch together with the decision rendered by us in Review W.P.M.P.No.29253 of 2016 in W.P.No.22748 of 2016, cover the cases on hand. Therefore, following those decisions, these three writ petitions are also dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
