Heard both sides.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent in collusion with the unofficial respondent Nos.6 to 10 is creating havoc by interfering with the business of the petitioner. He also made a complaint dt.17-11-2019 and 22-11-2019 to the authorities concerned to that effect, but no action has been taken by the official respondents. Aggrieved by the same, the present Writ Petition is filed. In view of the same, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with certain direction. Therefore, the 2nd respondent is directed to look into the contents of the said complaints and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
