Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.4 in threatening to dispossess the petitioners from the land admeasuring Acs.2.50 cents in Survey No.1, situated at Tummagunta Village, Kanigiri Mandal, Prakasam District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents-authorities not the dispossess the petitioners from the aforementioned land, without following due process of law. 5.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue does not dispute the same.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject property, if the petitioners are in possession of the same, without following due process of law.
