The petitioners challenge the registration of crime No.333 of 2012 of P.S.Korutla, Karimnagar, as illegal.

The Assistant Government Pleader basing on written instructions dated 14.02.2013 submits that final report was filed by S.I. of Police referring the parties to go and work out their grievances in civil court.

In view of the above development, the writ petition is dismissed.
