K Mohan Babu v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32681 OF 2016 ORDER:
The petitioner is challenging the proceedings No.L.Dis.No. (E 5) 1558/2016, dated 30.03.2015 issued by the 2nd respondentDistrict Collector, wherein the second revision filed by the petitioner against the orders of the Joint Collector, was rejected on the ground that no second revision lies before District Collector and further informing the petitioner that second revision lies before the Commissioner of Appeals, Hyderabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not brought to my notice what is the infirmity in the impugned order. He also does not dispute that revision lies before Commissioner of Appeals, Hyderabad.
Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the above facts and circumstances, I do not see any error in the impugned proceedings dated 30.03.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy of revision.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
