No.243 of 2003 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice T.Vinod Kumar) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the Revision Case, One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme has been introduced by the Government of Telangana, vide G.O.Ms.No.45 Rev.(CT.II) Department, dt.09.05.2022, for settlement of disputes, and accepting the application made by the petitioner, the respondent-authorities have also issued letter of acceptance in Form 4 in favour of petitioner. 2.

Having regard to the above, since the petitioner has availed the OTS scheme, the cause in the Transfer Revision Case does not survive for consideration by this Court any further.

The Transfer Revision Case is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
