No representation for the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh on behalf of respondent No.1 would represent that the Investigating Officer has filed final report dated 28.02.2015 before the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tiruvuru, Krishna District, requesting permission to close the case, as the matter is 'Civil in Nature'.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
