THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.24519 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentcorporation. A notice bearing No.03/DIR/EV&DM/T-/1/GHMC/2018, dated 13.07.2018, is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

The petitioner filed an application, supported by an additional affidavit, seeking six months time to shift the premises.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel, to put a quietus for this problem, this Court deems it appropriate to grant three months time, from today, to the petitioner to shift the premises by taking into consideration the averments made in the supporting additional affidavit. If the Writ Petitioner fails to adhere to the same, it is open for the respondent-Corporation to take further action, without any further notice.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
