Learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.16 to 20 filed a letter, dated 18.06.2019, in the Registry stating that he was instructed by their clients to withdraw this petition. A request was also made to post the matter under the caption 'for withdrawal.' 2.

Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for withdrawal'. In view of the aforesaid letter, permission, as sought for, is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The interim stay granted by this Court on 09.10.2013, in Crl.P.No.9743 of 2013, shall stand vacated.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
