When the matter came up for hearing today, Smt. K. Anuradha, learned counsel representing Sri V. Hanumantha Rao, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and to that effect she made an endorsement on the writ petition. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
