THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.39607 of 2012 ORDER:- This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief/s:- "....the petitioner herein pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the directions in A2/400/2011 dated 06.03.2012 of the 1st respondent as illegal, arbitrary, null and void and for a consequential direction to the 1st respondent herein to implement the directions given in A2/400/2011 dt.26.04.2012 and to pass such other order or orders."

Today when the matter is called, learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that the issue involved in this writ petition has been settled between the parties and an award also has been passed to that effect in I.A.No.68 of 2015 in O.S.No.53 of 2010 by the Mandal Legal Services Committee, Manthani. He would also submit that in view of the above said facts, a letter dated 17.11.2015 has been filed before the Registry requesting to list the matter under the caption "For Withdrawal".

In view of the contents of the letter dated 17.11.2015 and the submissions now made, permission is hereby accorded to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
