THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1079 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.359 of 2013 on the file of the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tanuku, West Godavari District, registered for the offence under Section 498-A IPC. Heard and perused the material.

Though the crime is registered in the year 2013, the respondent/police could not able to secure the petitioner herein and they could not able to complete the investigation. There is no interim order in favour of the petitioner herein. Hence, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings against the petitioner.
