No representation for the petitioner/Accused No.2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana on behalf of respondent No.1 would represent that charge sheet was laid by the Investigating Officer and cognizance was taken in C.C.No.184 of 2015 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.
