Learned counsel for petitioner requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to challenge the reversion order, if the respondents issue reversion order pursuant to the show-cause notice dated 25.04.2018. Permission is granted and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
