RAJANI C.M.A. No. 279 of 2006 JUDGMENT:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) On the last occasion i.e. 23.11.2017, the matter was adjourned based on the joint request made by the learned counsel for both the parties to get instructions from their respective clients. Today, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no instructions from his client. However, nobody has appeared on behalf of the appellant. It is, therefore, reasonable to presume that the appellant is not interested in pursuing his cause in this appeal. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
