This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.16 to 19 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.32 of 2017 of Women Police Station, Mahabubnagar District.

On written instructions, dated 30.09.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mahabubnagar District.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
