Heard the counsel for petitioners, and the learned government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondent nos.1 to 5. 2.

The petitioners' grievance is that they have given a representation dt.16.04.2018 along with others to the 2nd respondent for formation of one Tribal Gram Panchayat for four Tribal Tandas of Sarangapur Mandal, Adilabad District; and that the 2nd respondent is not passing any orders thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, appearing for 2nd respondent, states that the 2nd respondent will consider petitioners' representation dt.16.04.2018 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioners' representation dt.16.04.2018 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
