Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter, dated 18.11.2019, in the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Company Petition.

As seen from the record, the Company Petition is not yet admitted. As the Company Petition has not been admitted, Rule 100 of the Company Court Rules is not required to be followed. The petitioner submits that the matter is pending before NCLT under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

In view of the same, permission is accorded and accordingly, the Company Petition is closed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this company petition shall stand closed.
