This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the Judgment dated 16.5.2012 passed in Crl.A.No.319 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the V Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Guntur, confirming the judgment dated 05.09.2011 passed in C.C.No.60 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the matter was settled in Lok Adalat on 10.09.2016.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this revision case. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
