THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25062 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners in the present Writ Petition is the alleged inaction on the part of the respondentMunicipal Corporation in passing any Orders pursuant to the receipt of the legal notice, dated 31.10.2016 and the Revision Petition/Gentle Reminder, dated 05.08.2015.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners that the said legal notice and the Revision Petition/Gentle Reminder may be directed to be responded by the respondent-Municipal Corporation by fixing a time frame.

On the other hand, it is submitted Sri A.Pandu Ranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Municipal Corporation that if any such requests are pending before the respondent-Municipal Corporation, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent-Municipal Corporation to take further action, strictly in accordance with law, pursuant to the legal notice, dated 31.10.2016 and the Revision Petition/Gentle Reminder, dated 05.08.2015, sent by the petitioners herein, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
