This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A12 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1448 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar, registered for the offences under Sections 270, 273, 328 read with Section 34 IPC, against them.

Learned counsel for the petitioners/A1 to A12 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing 2nd respondent-State submitted that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order dated 27.08.2018 of this Court in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.

In view of the above submission, the Criminal Petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 27.08.2018 in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.

Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order dated 27.08.2018 in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch to this order.

5. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
