This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC to withdraw O.P.No.65 of 2015 from the file of the Family Court, Warangal and transfer the same to the Family Court at L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer C.M.P.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
