Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the revision with liberty to file a regular appeal under Order 41 of CPC against the order passed by the trial Court in a petition filed under Order XIV Rule 2(a) of CPC. Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as sought for. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the revision shall also stand dismissed.
