THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.8485 OF 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner alleges that she was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher in P.S. Muthugudem. The petitioner claims that she is not being paid pay and allowances even though the Administrative Tribunal rendered decision in her favour.

Ventilating her grievance, she submitted a representation on 03.08.2016. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this Writ Petition is filed.

Having regard to the fact that the representation is pending on the claim made by the petitioner and, according to the petitioner, no decision is taken on the said representation, this Court is not inclined to admit the Writ Petition and keep the same pending.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the District Educational Officer, Khammam District, the 1st respondent, to examine the claim of the petitioner as ventilated in her representation, dated 03.08.2016, and pass appropriate orders by assigning due reasons in support of the decision, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
