HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.28228 OF 2019 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, with the consent of both the counsel appearing for the respective parties.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.2475 of 2019 and batch, dated 19.02.2019 and contends that similar order be passed in the present Writ Petition also.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has not disputed the above said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

This Court, having considered the submissions of both the counsel, is of the considered view that this Writ Petition can be disposed of in terms of the order, dated 19.02.2019, in W.P.No.2475 of 2019 and batch directing the respondents to strictly follow the Circulars, dated 09.03.2018 and 21.01.2019, issued by them without insisting for any undertaking from the petitioner while considering his case for referring him to the Medical Board with regard to his medical fitness for continuing in the employment.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
