HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE SURESH K UMAR K AIT CRIMINAL PETITION No. 16119 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide present Criminal Petition, the petitioner/Accused No. 3 seeks bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No. 237 of 2016 registered on the file of Station House Officer, III Town Police Station, Karimnagar, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 324, 506, 306 read with Section 34 IPC.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner/Accused No.3, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State and gone through the material available on record, it emerges that serious allegations are levelled against the petitioner herein and his custodial interrogation is required for investigation purpose. In view of the same, I am not inclined to grant bail.
