There is no representation for the petitioner/sole accused. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the final report was filed before the concerned Magistrate, requesting permission to close the crime due to lack of evidence.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
