This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Secrion 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, by the petitioner-wife to transfer F.C.O.P.No.68 of 2023 pending on the file of the Family Court-cum-tl Additional District and Sessions Judge at Nizamabad to any Family Court at Kukatpally. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondent reported no objection. 4.
[n view of the consensus arrived between the parties, the relief sought by the petitioner is granted by transferring F.C.O.P.No.68 of 2023 from the file of the Family Court-cum-ll Additional District and Sessions Judge at Nizamabad, to the file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge - cum - Principal Family Court, Medchal-Malkajgiri Disrrict at Kukatpally.
