In this writ petition, interim order was passed on 18.7.2018, restoring the Director Identification Number of the petitioners, who are Directors in active companies.

Learned Asst. Solicitor General of India appearing for the respondent-authorities submits that pursuant to the above orders, the DIN of the petitioners is restored and interim orders of this Court are complied with.

In approval, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that inasmuch as the relief sought in the writ petition is achieved by way of interim order, no further orders are necessary and the Writ Petition be disposed of making the interim order as final order in the Writ Petition. 4.

Having regard to the fact that the DIN of the petitioners who are Directors in active companies is restored in pursuance of the above interim order, the Writ Petition is disposed of making the interim order dated 18.7.2018 as final order in the writ petition. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
