ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed to set aside the order, dated 25.04.2016, in C.C.No.240 of 2014 on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-II, Vijayawada, Krishna District.

2. After arguing the case, Mr.A.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, having failed to convince this Court to entertain the writ petition filed bypassing the remedy of appeal, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to his clients to avail the remedy of appeal under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

3. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.

4. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.34599 of 2016 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
