This writ petition is filed to direct respondents 2 to 6 not to cause any harassment on the petitioners and their family members by calling them to police station without any lawful authority. 2.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners represent that in view of subsequent developments, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
