THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10330 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.1 in Crime No.34 of 2010 of Bhavani Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that this case was transferred to SIT (Special Investigation Team). Learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of similar petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to avail all the remedies available to him under law including filing of similar petition.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
