This Second Appeal is filed assailing the decree and judgment dated 14.09.2015 in Appeal Suit No.5 of 2005 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Bapatla. The matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat and accordingly, an Award was passed on 11.10.2017. Hence, the Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award dated 11.10.2017. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Second Appeal shall stand closed.
